and business owners who realize that they want expert
guidance in advancing in their career or taking on

Work with a Coach, Get these
Benefits
1. Focus
A coach helps you identify the key aspects of your
goal or challenge. The coaching framework doesn't
allow for unproductive wandering.

In coaching, you get to the heart of an issue quickly.
A coach helps you clarify exactly what you want
to accomplish. A coach helps you build a picture
who you will be when you get there.

A coach helps you determine a path to take and the
steps to get there. A coach helps you see past present
challenges to a brighter, more attractive and fulfilling
future.

The coaching partnership provides a strong framework
for results. Weekly calls and assignments keep you
moving forward. Articulating your plans and the
results you got to a coach leads to action and achievement.

Coaching is designed for action, and action leads
to growth. A coach helps you address items that
have been held up by procrastination or otherwise
stuck.
Together, Let's Find Out If We
are a Good Match:
Coaching relationships,
like most business relationships, are most effective
when they are built on a foundation of trust and mutual
respect.
Here is the process we follow to
insure that our coaching work gets off to a solid
start.
- An Initial Conversation,
that is very brief and usually by phone. The purpose
of this step is to see if we have common ground
and if it's worth your time and our time to continue
to explore. If it seems worthwhile. then we schedule the next step.
- A Discovery Interview,
helping LearnWell understand where you are in regard
to the issues and how we might be able to assist.
When we believe we can help, we work through a set of questions to make sure we have clear priorities and parameters set.
- A Discovery Letter,
so you know how well we understand you and your
challenges. This also serves as our agreement for
coaching letter, so expectations and joint responsibilities
are clearly spelled out.
- Coaching Sessions Begin — When we establish agreement, we'll proceed together to get you the targeted
results.
Coaching
isn't therapy. It's product development, with you
as the product.
